Hi, my name is Rakesh Adepu, a graduate and the Founder of V Sign Enterprise Pvt. Ltd.
My journey began at the age of 21, when I completed a multimedia course and entered the
signage industry as a graphic designer. Although I was hired as a designer, I chose to learn
beyond my role — working hands-on as a technician, understanding materials, wiring,
fabrication, and installation. This real on-ground learning became the foundation of my
expertise.

After gaining experience, I started my own brand, V Sign, in 2013. Three years into the business, in 2016, life gave me a strong partner — my life partner, who later became my business partner as well. I believe deeply in nature, hard work, and destiny — and I am proof that consistent hard work creates success.

Today, V Sign is a well-organized signage company, known for quality, structure, and customer satisfaction. As the owner, I personally ensure that every customer receives satisfaction, value, and a long-lasting signage solution.

Co-Founder – Ashwini Adepu

Hi, I’m Ashwini Adepu, an MBA–Finance graduate. I worked in two reputed organizations, but
I didn’t find passion in a routine job. After my marriage, I got involved in my life partner’s
business, V Sign, and discovered a field that truly excites me.

I started from the basics as a telecaller, learned every process, and within one year, contributed
to strong sales growth. With hard work and dedication, I eventually became the Co-Founder of
V Sign.

Today, V Sign gives me the opportunity to meet new people, learn continuously, and grow as an entrepreneur — and that is what drives me every day.
